FBI Raids ANSWP Ohio Leader's HomeNo Weapons; No Charges; No Arrests; Lawsuit Planned 8/29/2007 10:11:47 PMDiscuss this story in the forumOverthrow StaffWilmington, Ohio -- Members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working with local law enforcement, raided the homes of Justin Boyer and his girlfriend today in pursuit of "weapons" that an unnamed informer in the National Socialist Movement and Boyer's ex-girlfriend swore he was stockpiling in preparation for a terrorist attack.
"This is absolute garbage," ANSWP Commander Bill White stated today, "The federal government went off half cocked and served a search warrant, terrorizing the children and family of a woman with no history of political activism, based on malicious lies spewed at them without any verification by a federal informant within the National Socialist Movement who is almost certainly the mentally ill, unemployed and homeless Matthew Ramsey and a girl who that day filed custody papers and initiated a domestic lawsuit. The FBI should have known that the informers were unreliable and vindictive individuals with a history of fabricating accusations, and should therefore have made an effort to verify the information before taking this drastic step."
No weapons were recovered from either location searched by the authorities, no arrests were made, and no charges are expected. Boyer, though, who has already been involved in another domestic legal battle in the state, stated today that his attorney planned to bring action against the National Socialist Movement and his ex-girlfriend for malicious prosecution and making false statements under oath to the police and federal officials.
The National Socialist Movement is a front group run by informants for private Jewish organizations and law enforcement, and is used to control the more unstable elements of the white nationalist movement.-----Published by:
